Diana Morais has a Masters Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD. Her thesis research was based on a study of individuation, the conscious and unconscious internal processes and how creativity contributes to growth. She has over five years of international coaching experience in helping leaders to become more aware and reflective.
