April hottest takes
April was a busy month. We visited the biggest art fair in Latin America, SP Arte. Galleries from mainly Latin America and a few from Europe made their appearance in São Paulo. On the second day we enjoyed it from the collector’s lounge, an exclusive space for art collectors, gallerists and artists.
You can see jaw dropping and remarkable works from the fair in our link below. Here are a few names that impressed us the most: Pauline Guerrier, Cruz Diez, Jesus Soto, Maria Lira Marques, Jonathas de Andrade.

Belém do Brasil
Belém is a city in the amazon region, north of Brazil. The city is an interesting mix of European influence, due to the rubber boom in the beginning of the 20th century. The architecture of the houses in the city centre, the theatre and the municipal market make you feel in a European city. The contrast of the people and the flavors of the Amazon region makes you feel in an indigenous environment. The culinary and the ethnic art are worth the visit for its diversity and rich essence. It was our first time there and we are definitely going back.
